Eastpoint Medical Center Celebrates National Health Center Week with Back to School Health Event.

Eastpoint Medical Center held its annual back to school health event with the theme "Prevention is the key to a healthy community". In the name of prevention, health care providers and staff offered screenings, education and fun activities as well as free school supplies for the students, refreshments and great door prizes.

"Every day in our waiting rooms I witness the value of having a health care home," said Jeanette Robinson, Center Manager. "When people have a place to go for regular care, they use it and stay healthy. We provide a range of services onsite for the entire family. Our patients not only get the care they need under one roof, but they are treated as individuals, with dignity and respect. This is what health care should be, and what we celebrate during National Health Center Week."
