Gadsden Medical Center gives away over 300 bags of school supplies during Prevention Focused Back to School Health Fair

Eastpoint Medical Center Celebrates National Health Center Week with Back to School Health Event.

For a second year, Gadsden Medical Center was able to provide Health Screenings to everyone in the community who came out to the event.  "Prevention is the key to a healthy community".  In the name of prevention, screenings were provided to particpants such as blood pressure, height, weight, vision, dexa bone density scan, dental and much more.

In addition to the screenings school supplies were given to more than 300 school age children and everyone enjoyed a hotdog lunch and a chance to win wonderful door prices courtesy of different business partners in the community.
