Busy corporation searching for the right candidate who has strong analytical skills to provide IT technical support. Position is available in Tallahassee, FL. Must be able to answer end-user questions; resolve and document end-user issues; work with end-users to identify symptoms, causes and solutions; support new system installation; install, update & troubleshoot hardware & software; and help provide end user training and assistance where required.  Must be able to communicate and have excellent people skills. Experience in a healthcare setting a plus.

Preferred qualified candidates will have working knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server Operating systems:  LANs and IP scheming, Sharepoint; Microsoft Office; SQL Server; Exchange; IIS. Some travel is required; on-call as needed; must be able to lift/move moderately heavy equipment such as computers and other items; must be able to work independently. Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in computer science and 1+ year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus.
