Closing Ceremonies is held on FRIDAY November 18, 2011

Walkers walk on their own time for the remainder of the 6 weeks
and report steps weekly by Due Dates.

• Here is what to do:
  STEPS TO A HEALTHIER YOU

  • Register a team captain

  • Recruit at least 3 buddies, co-workers, church or family members to join your team.

  • Decide on a snazzy team name

  • CLICK HERE to Register Your Team or call Family Medical Center at 352-498- 3349 Online Registration is recommended.

  • Team Captain or  designee attend short Team Captain Meeting
    on September 27th, 5:30 p.m., Family Medical Center.

  • Everyone Attend Opening Ceremony
    Walk with your team —on your Own Time - 3 days per week.
    
    Record your steps ONLINE weekly.

  • Encourage your team members to “Stay on Track”.

  • Attend closing ceremony for your final walks and for LOTS OF PRIZES and completion certificates.
    

  • EVERYONE who walks at least 3 times per week for 6 weeks goes into a huge prize drawing.
