“It is a good feeling when you can trust the care that you receive”
I am writing in regards to the medical services that I have received from Mayo Health Services in Mayo, Florida.
I have been a patient of Dr. Maliszewski since 1996 and I have been very pleased with the care that I have received. Dr.M. is always pleasant, and takes time to talk to his patients, and let them know that he is concerned for their well being.
I don't feel as if I am just a name on a chart but that they really care. He seems to really care about his patients and what is best for them in all aspects of their health and works to correct whatever the medical problem may be.
His staff is always polite, friendly and helpful in any way that they can be. It seems the office is run very efficiently, and that the staff all get along well with each other as well as their patients.
It is a good feeling to go to a medical facility where you feel you can trust the care that you receive and be treated in a courteous and friendly manner, which is extremely important when you are not feeling well.
Hopefully, I will be able to continue using this medical facility for as long as needed.

We are so incredibly thankful that we found Taylor Dental Center.
Our little girl had a bad experience with her prior dentist and was horrified to go to any dentist. It was honestly a stressful experience for the entire family to see her so traumatized every time we mentioned going to the dentist. We decided to try Taylor Dental Center even though it was so far away. She was literally shaking and frantic when we walked in. From the moment she went in, the staff stayed calm and worked very hard to calm her and help her realize that the Dentist office is a good place and they they are there to help her with her pretty smile. She asked a lot of questions, the entire time and they answered every one.
We were amazed to see that she was smiling when we left.
This is why we drive 170 miles round trip, because they care!

Thank God for Taylor Dental Clinic. After trying for help with five very infected teeth to be removed, I finally got help. I was treated with dignity from front desk staff to the Dentist.

When I initially came into Tri-County Family Health Care I had not been to a doctor since 1996. I was always healthy and never sick. However, in 2006 I felt like I needed to look into my health, but I had no insurance. I had kept health
insurance until 2001, but simply could not afford it any more.
A friend told me about Tri-County Family Health Care and I called and found out about the sliding fee program which is based on your income.
This program has certainly worked for me for the last 2 1/2 years. The cost has gone up a little, but so has my income.
I enjoy all the staff at Tri-County Family Health Care.
They are all professional, but they also take the time to talk to you.
I highly recommend them to anyone.

“He feels comfortable with Ann and she has been wonderful”
Michael is a 14 year old native of Wewahitchka. At 6 months of age he
was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The family found it very difficult to
find a physician in the area that understood all of Michael’s medical needs.
Multiple times a year Michael would visit his physician in Gainesville, incurring extra overnight expenses for the family.
For several years Michael has been diagnosed with strep throat reoccurring about every four to six months.
A friend recommend Wewahitchka Medical Center and Michael met Ann Rubin, PA-C at the center.
She immediately referred him to a local ear nose and throat specialist who informed the family that his tonsils were the underlying cause of his continuous strep throat.
Michael is scheduled to have his tonsils removed soon.
“Having someone so close to take care of Michael is a blessing” Michael’s father comments, “He feels comfortable with Ann and she has been wonderful”. Michael does have to travel to Tampa where the Shrine Hospital helps with his equipment needs, but it’s nice to know that Wewa Medical is just around the corner.
